I sent my phone in for repairs on 16/07/2013. i was told 4-6 weeks for the service and although i was not happy i had to comply. subsequent calls and emails have yielded NO response from Autopage. One call centre SUPERVISOR said they would look into it and call me back, i wait with baited breath. I opted to go with Blackberry because it is a good business tool, and have been with out it for this period. I am sure the cell phone industry feels that "customer service" is of no consequence, they treat all the users equally- BAD
