I was involved in a hijacking in December 2012. Luckily the vehicle was recovered but badly damaged so we had to register a claim.

To date, we haven't had so much as one phone call or any other correspondence from Outsurance to enquire if we are satisfied with the repairs. We didn't even know if the claim has been settled or not.

On 20 Jun 2013, I decided to call and follow up. Much to my surprize, they couldn't even tell me if I have received my vehicle yet! I was informed that the claim has been finalized, but they also didn't know that all repairs were notfinalized yet.

I shared my dissatisfaction on the lack of feedback received and requested a manager to contact me, which of course, hasn't happened. I also asked for written confirmation that the claim has been settled, but again, no response.

I must say, I am slightly irritated by the fact that you advertise this wonderful service to potential new clients, but cannot even keep existing clients happy.
