It seems i m going to get different responses that are not resolving my problem, i have been using the Internet for like forever and i don't see how multiple pages can chow so much data in such a short period of time.your stats are wrong i know i m not going to win but just to let you know that i will not renew my contracts with like mtn. You dont respect you customers i have seen how you reply to complaints you dont care as you know i cant proof you wrong,

WHAT IS THIS:
According to our records on the 27-07-2013 there was internet usage from 9:44:14 until 10:08:40 since multiple pages were opened and that depletes from the rand value not data bundle.

AND THIS;how conflicting is that... NICE!!!

Our records show that you were charged R128.56 for Internet usage for the sessions below on the 27-July 2013

09:56:13
09:59:42
10:02:41
and your opening balance was R162.62 and your 10MB data bundle was depleted on the 26/07 anf you were charged out of bundle rates.

Thats after i mentioned that i was connected to my WIFI by the way.
