We have Internet problem 8ta at Greenstone Hill Office Park even those on their coverage map it shows there should be coverage. I logged a call with their call centre a month ago and they sent one of their technicians to come check the problem, he acknowlege there is a problem and he was going to escalate the call to their data department, up to this day i haven't been given feedback on what is the cause of the problem or what the resolution is. The problem we have is we bought their 160gb special and they are almost expiring without us having used most of them and no one is telling us the cause and resolution.
