I have always been a loyal customer to mtn and now urgently need their help with regards to the mistake I made on my part
On the 20/08/2013 I mistakenly bought airtime for R900.00 via my cellphone banking and when I called mtn I was advised I can not be assisted, I then called again today the 21/08/2013 and spoke to Sandra who referred the matter to this Line manager and she was told the same thing that I can not be assisted
Can MTN Senior Management please help me, to at least reverse the transaction for me on their side as the bank I used to buy airtime is only the third party and they do not have access to mtn site
So please MTN I am begging yo to help me, I know it is my mistake but I am on my knees here asking for your help, R900.00 is a lot of money, you can charge me a penalty it is ok, but please try to assist me please
