I am really disappointed by my service provider. I asked them to block this mirror network that is taking my airtime.
I even phoned customer service for the second time and asked them to block this network and they confirmed that it is blocked but the service provider is still billing me. I would like that this matter be resolved and all my airtime refunded back into my account. I will give MTN three days to resolve the issue before i take it to ICASA.
