Telkom Mobile doing deals

In October 2011 i received a call from 8ta to apply for a contract. I did and was told i will receive devices within 1 week witch never happened. In Dec 2012 there were 2 debit orders on my bank account for 8ta. I did phone them and they told me that i was rejected. I did return the debits on my account. Now suddenly after almost 2 years i receive threatening sms that my Telkom Mobile account is in arrears. You are being transferred from 1 person to the other as they are incapable of assisting the customer after was done inside their company.
Spoke to a lady @ billing dept ref: 6573909. I need Telkom to make sure that my ITC is clear and I need a written statement that i do not owe them any money and they do apologize.
