Incompetent and not keeping appointment

@ the end of July, I foned Telkom to transfer my landline as I was moving, the lady said that it wud take 10days to transfer. After 2weeks I didn't hear anything and tried contracting their offices for help&was givn the run around, finally on the 16 Aug, I spoke to Stanley (Consultant) who said that he doesn't no why the lady told me it wud take 10days as it takes up to 21days. He booked an appointment for 20/08/13 with a technician. I asked wat tym&he cudnt giv 1.I asked if I wud b called 1st&he said yes. I w8d the entire day 2day&no1 came or calld. I went into the shower at about 3pm&my intercom rang, I rushd to get to the door but was to late, I ran downstairs but no1 was around, so I wasn't sure if it was the technician. I foned Telkom&was transferd 3tyms before speaking to Lebokang (Consultant) who heard my entire story&askd4all my details. I told her I was calling 4rm my cell&cudnt stay on long, she took my number&said she wud call me back immediately. She still hasn't. The appointment was never kept too. My line is still not sorted. I want an immediate, specifically scheduled (exact time) appointment to sort this out as well as not being chargd rental for this month.
