I am on a Blackberry package. I have noticed a charge of R 165 for PSD data. Why is this? I thought that data was uncapped with regards to Blackberry, within a reasonable usage band. This is not acceptable. I expect this amount to be creditied. Please try and revert to me soonest, unlike the previous few times that I have complained.
