I handed in my BB at Autopage Tygervalley as the scroll pad started to give problems and the phone was 5 months old and still under warranty. The phone was in exceptional condition as I bought a proper BB "slide" in pouch on the day I recieved the phone. I waited 3 weeks to receive my phone back, only to realise that it is cracked above the screen on the silver part. I had to email a photo of the crack and after another 4 weeks, many phone calls and emails later MTN JHB cannot make a decision as the photo is not clear enough. I feel that Autopage and MTN did not consider my needs as a loyal client. I have been with them since I got my first phone in the 90's. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed in both the service providers. In the meantime, I've had additional data expences from the phone I currently use, as I had no benefit from the BIS that I pay for monthly. This is absolutely unecceptable and to date I have been nothing but patient and civil towards both companies.
