I recently took out a contract for both myself and my wife at Cell C Greenacres. When I took these contracts out I was explicitly informed by the consultant/manager (Gwyneth) that out of bundle data will cost 15c/mb. Gwyneth's service was great but it seems she has been misinformed by Cell C and as such was misinforming her clients! I subsequently went back to her store to have look into my latest bill of R600 for data! She seems to be sent from pillar to post and it concerns me that Cell C cannot give their own employees answers! I have now run out of patience! I need answers as I am not willing to pay 99c/mb for data that was sold to me at 15c/mb! Cell C please rectify my bill and give me data at 15c/mb as you so told me when I took this contract out!
