I was in the UK for 2 days and used 170mb of data, asked cell c help desk to provide cost of data in the UK but they could not give me a price. They then requested a 50% payment or they would block my service which they did which leaves them no way of contacting me. Why can they not give me a figure in regards to the cost and why was my internatinal roaming disconected forcing me to activate data to contact my family from the uk. They should when you get this new smart phones educate us on the risks and the cost of data overseas. I feel I have been mislead and let down by cell c who promise so much but deliver so littel. Please help
