Took out new contract, someone made mistake & did upgrade. Was charged R279 a month instead of R99. Manager promised would sort out. Bad attitude & never did anything about it. Also tried to get response from call centre but no luck. Have tried to cancel contract- in store, via email and telephonically but still charged. Absolutely fed up with whole stuation. Want a refund, store has admitted their mistake so why can't I get my money back?
