I called into Telekom regarding a problem with my account and for the first time got my issue sorted out on the spot no problem. I'll be honest I'm used to complaining after calling Telekom but I was pleasantly surprised and thus would like to thank Mr Joe Morgan for making my day that much easier and thus believe Telekom should be made aware of such an exceptional staff member. So thanks again and keep up the good wok!
