A year ago I took a contract out with Ismart. the first number they gave was a 021 521 number and now its 021 2002101 and it constantly rings. No telkom message to say this number is not in use or having message stating a new number. And believe me, I only got through to them once wrt to Airtime not being loaded. The lady told me that it was the bus strike and she did not come into work!!!
i have emailed my complaint to Cellspot and all I get is a no answer. This is totally unacceptable. The money is good enough but your services are very shoddy. Who do we contact if we have a problem?
My cellphone's microphone is so soft no one can hear me, also i have to charge my phone 2x a day!
