I requested that my number be ported to pre paid once my contract was done back in April 2013. As per the call center and website instruction, I emailed [Email Removed] Today I get a call that there was no cancellation and I must go to a store to do this AND I still will need to pay.
This is unacceptable as this is ENTIRELY 8ta's issue. Please resolve ASAP as I will be reporting this to the consumer commission.
