On the 4t April 2013 I sent through a cancellation request and port my number to pay as you go. I was informed on the 5th April 2013b that this has been actioned and completed. I dealt with Horacious Adolph at the Nashua Mobile call centre. Received an invoice 7th June 2013, billing me for another month. I have called the call centre more the 7 times to resolve this issue, however nobody seems to be interested or is too incompetent to resolve this issue.
