My fianc? and I went into Mtn at Canal Walk on Sat to open a new contract for a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1. While everything else went smoothly, the person helping us assured us that we should wait a little while for approval to release the device to us. We hung around in the mall unnecessarily only to return for him to say it will be ready on Sunday as the approval centre closes at 1pm. He was fully aware of this fact prior to sending us to walk around the mall waiting. We collected the device on Sunday and as yet the sim is not activated. I called Mpho at 808 who was less than helpful! Tired of Mtn and their deplorable service.
