I cancelled my Telkom line at the beginning of 2012, the line was disconnected, however, I continue to pay R224.60 for this line every single month. We have sent numerous emails and have also walked into their Cresta Mall store to correct and to date this has not been corrected. Last month I was fed up of being ignored and decided to reverse July's payment and block them from deducting in August. This month Telkom has sent me a bill of R1085.05 made up the 2 reversed amounts and an unjustified current month increase. I am at my wit's end with Telkom, they don't answer phones (only the sales line is picked up and they won't assist) don't respond to emails or instructions from their own stores.
