Diteboho does not know what telephony is

I phoned altech autopage and spoke to Diteboho in Customer Service. My contract expired in Feb 2013. I am being billed R276.32 Telephony cost every month. She could not explain what telephony means. Diteboho does not know what a dictionary is. She left me holding on for 3 minutes when I requested another person help
