8ta / Telkom Mobile
POOR SERVICE

I have now officially phone 6 different Telkom Direct Stores without someone answering the phone at any of the stores.
Then I managed to get through to customer care line just to be told that they only have a fax number for the store that I am looking for.
Then I asked to speak to the manager and guess what... the manager is not available I must phone back later.

This is unacceptable. I cannot believe that it is so difficult to have an issue resolved with 8ta and that everybody is so incompetent.
