Long story short, I have had my phone for a year and am unable to use it from home (I work from home) as the signal is so poor that people can't hear me properly. I hasten to add that I live in the suburbs of my city, not in the sticks! After getting nowhere with the branch at the local mall I resorted to private messaging on Facebook in April, I have to say that worked and I was contacted but still nothing was done. I reverted back to Facebook and was again contacted and I had email communication with [Email Removed] but she has stopped replying to my emails. I still can't use my phone, I have to use a pay-as-you-go phone, which is ludicrous considering I pay Cell C each month for service. Cell C have acknowledged that the signal is poor in my area, pity they didn't tell me that before I took out a two year contract! :(
