TECHINICAL SUPPORT NOT VERY HELPFUL

I UPGRADED 19 JULY 2013 TO SAMSUNG S3. NOT POSSITIVE ASSISTANCE. I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH MY PHONE. I USE MY PHONE PRIMARILY FOR BUSSINESS AND CANNOT CONTINUE WITH THE PROBLEMS I EXPERIENCE WITH THE PHONE. I AM PREPARED TO PURCHASE A BRAND NEW SAMSUNG S4 AT THE SAME BRANCH AND RETURN IT TO THEM AND CANCEL MY CONTRACT. I VE BEEN A CUSTOMER WITH MTN FOR MORE THAN 15 YEARS. MY ELDEST SON HAS A CONTRACT WITH CELL C AND THEY GIVE HIM AWESOME AFTER SALES SERVICE. I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL THE WAY I WAS TREATED TODAY 17 AUGUST 2013.
