This should be implemented with new customers only, not those who signed up for unlimited bis and its in the contract. We will sue for false and misleading advertising under the auspices of the Consumer Protection Act.
Furthermore I paid in advance for this months BIS on Postpaid and went in to cancel the recurring service.
Lo and Behold, they d/c my BIS I already prepaid with last month's bill.
Please inform me how I cancel this contract.
Fed up with no BIS service yet I am charged. Been on for a minute and off for 45 of any given hour over the last 2 weeks.
I have been a customer for a good few years but it is time to get a real service provider. This is unscrupulous but what I have come to expect.
