POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE: NO FEEDBACK

I went into the Promenade store in Mitchells Plain, Cape Town on Saturday, 10 August to apply for a contract. I enquired about when I would get a response and was told it would depend on how long the credit check would take. Mercia the consultant who was assisting me then concluded by saying she would get back to me on the Sunday, 11th or Monday, 12th for the latest.

I waited patiently till Monday passed to get feedback and no response was received. On Wednesday she called advising me that my contract was approved.

As I am now no longer in Cape Town I asked her if it could be delivered via courier or whether I need to cancel and again feedback was going to be given as she wanted to check with her manager.

To this day I have received no call from her and that concerns me as I do not know where I stand and I am unable to get through to the store as the numbers I have been trying do not go through and not been answered.

Help needed urgently on this matter.
