I've been with Autopage since 2000, and have had mixed service over the last 13 years including a complaint on hellopeter because of very poor service which was then resolved.
I recently lost my phone and needed it cancelled and a new SIM card provided under my SIM insurance, and the service I received from the store in Bayside Mall was very good, friendly and helpful.
I then proceeded to upgrade my contract online the next week and was called within 30 minutes, details confirmed in a helpful and polite manner, and phone delivered the next week after another follow up call.
These were two seperate and very good experiences, keep up the good work guys!
