So much for face-to-face being better!

My boyfriend spent an hour to migrate his package to R49 as he's leaving the country, confirmed the fee would be on the next inv (R1455!) and thereafter it would be R50/mnth ONLY - I walked in, and asked her to confirm WHICH SHE DID!
The last debit was for the old contract amount (R470) - when I went to CW to find out what went wrong & spoke to the same consultant (40 min later), she claimed that we must be understanding her wrong- YOU SAID IT-we both heard it. If I want to do anything about it my bf needs to go into the store (clever seeing as they know he's not here).
Went back to reverse the migration, spoke to someone else after 45min of waiting AGAIN only for her leave me alone for 10min & come back with a lecture that her colleague was right. Are you serious? the cost isn't just R50 but also R150 handset cost, no one mentioned this before??
The supervisor, Bonita, was called after I INSISTED A FEW TIMES and is trying to help -thnk u very much! Cwaqina was telling another customer that he 'DIDN'T UNDERSTAND' as I was leaving... how many others are there?? We're the ones losing money! Pathetic service!!

Cwaqina was ARROGANT, had a BAD ATTITUDE & didn't care to resolve it
