Please advise whether I will be receiving any feedback in respect of my complaint and your response of 6 August 2013.
This matter needs to be resolved asap as I never took out a contract with Cell C and I accordingly never utilised your services.
This is now becoming unacceptable and seriously upsetting. Please check your records and get your facts in order and contact me so this matter is finalised.
