Empty Promises/No feedback and at best late feedback after many calls I had to make.
When trying to upgrade from Red Bull Mobile your staff have zero knowledge in how the product works. I was told i can upgrade at the normal 3 month window. I Could NOT. I was told the stock in store was only for new contracts and not upgrades. After phoning head office this was NOT TRUE. Then I was told to come in at the end of the contract period and everything would be done in store on the day. NOT TRUE. Now being called back 5 days late I am told I have to wait to the end of the month or pay a cancellation fee after i was told this was NOT NECESSARY. I am appalled by the level of service offered and want this resolved immediately. I am tired of having to call your stores after being told they will call me.
