SHOCKING - credits missing again!!!

I previously gave 30 days notice to cancel my TI 5GB product on my ADSL, it was given on 20 June 2013, I received a ref but later on I was informed that the cancellation does not exist, a lady called me and apologized and said she will manually cancel it for me come 20 July 2013, as I already gave 30 days notice. She said the system will charge for the cancellation because 30 days notice was not followed on the system, but she said she will credit it immediately. I now received my latest invoice (308A1008218A), there is a service charge of R230.99, what is this??

Also, on the July 2013 invoice (307A10005089), I paid for the TI Access 5GB R350 for August 2013 again, even though is was stopped on 20 July 2013. I called in and someone said that I should not worry, I would be credited automatically with R350 on my next invoice. I did not receive the R350 credit?? I have now paid this months invoice.

Can you please see to it that the R350 R230.99 = R580.99 (TOTAL) is credited on my next invoice please. (Keep in mind ADSL was migrated out, in, I relocated and got new number, migrated out again, keep this in mind if the account looks hectic)
