I have had a contract for the last 12 years with MTN, never had a problem before, but now this is just becoming too much.
In february this year i renewed my Topup 500 contract and recieved an Apple Iphone5. Ever since I got the phone the reception has been poor and my phone being more in voicemail with the no service indication showing, after much of a debate, my phone was replaced with another handset in july of this year.
Immediately thereafter, i am graced with the same problem. Note this is my primary line, and spending alot of money to have no service on two handsets is extremely frustrating. This cannot be a handset issue, I sent a mail to MTN customer care only to recieve a mail to tell me to take the phone back to the store i took the contract from to book in for technical repair, this is most inconveniencing and frustrating.
THIS IS NOT A PHONE ISSUE, I do not want this hanset anymore, please replace it with anything else, just so long as it works, i wish someone could listen.
I will definately not use MTN again with this poor service as I am the one that is being dealt with very poorly as a valued customer for so many years.
Again, this is not my fault
