I've only recently switched to Cell C, and I'm in Cape Town Central the whole day [Gnrl Hertzog Blvd]. But the coverage is absolutely horrible. If i want to make a call, i only get "not registered on network". Messages don't get delivered to me [or only 12 hours after the fact] and I have non-existant Internet connection [maybe 5min of Edge during the day if I'm lucky! ].
I'm starting to regret switching to cell c, as i now basically don't have a cellphone during working hours. Clients can never reach me on my mobile, so it is getting to a point where its going to cost me money and lost income.
Please look at this, Mybroadband website has a thread specifically on this subject, and it seems that it is not just me, but multiple people in CT.
