In March I upgraded my cell phone at NO CHARGE. I was charged and requested a refund (31.3.2013).
I have received Emails advising me that my query has been escalated.
Latest notice
"Please note that the Billing department has an extended turnaround time in query resolution. Therefore they are experiencing a high volume of queries and attending to all customer queries will be prolonged due to this"
Still no refund. Now going to The Star Consumer Line
