Need help with BB not rebooting

Good day Nashua Mobile.

I am placing my complaint with you guys because I have a contract with Nashua Mobile. I have also placed the complaint on this site directly to Blackberry but the site indicates that you are responding and BB doesn't respond to complaints on this site.

I'm trying all my options in trying to solve the problem. So here is it:

From this morning at about 05:25, my BB 9800 Torch doesn't want to reboot after an upgrade to the newest BBM version was made. I have removed and replaced the battery several times already.

I hope your technical team can assist me or at least give me a number which I can phone to get assistance.
