Throttling on uncapped account

I have received a letter that probably 20% of MWEB's client base (definitely not 3%) has received stating that we are using TOO much of their UNCAPPED shaped service. They have a defined a fair use policy which actually has no indication of what "FAIR" is. Don't bother with your standard response to me as I am only here to warn people from signing up with MWEB. Take your money elsewhere where it is actually appreciated.
