New Upgrade _ Faulty

I done an early upgrade - 2 August 2013 as I have cancer and needed a non faulty phone (my other ones buttons were not always working properly) and needed a reliable phone in case I need to get hold of my daughters should here be an emergency. Patrick upgrades supervisor said it was fine and i could go to the store and don't have to pay the R150 he will over ride it but I paid it. I asked Marias I need a reliable phone and explained why he offered the 9790 Blackberry. On the 4th day i took it back and told him its faulty as on 3 occasions when I phoned my daughter she could not hear me so he said I need a sim swap and I paid for it. I am still experiencing the same problems. I called the call center and I was informed he should have swopped the phone when I went in the first time. I called him and told him what the call center told me and he said they are "all stupid and don't know what they are talking about" Is this the type of service I should be getting from vodacom. I don't want this faulty phone.. I want a reliable one like my Blackberry 9300 never had a problem until now. Must I still have this stress on top of my cancer stress.. I need this seen to URGENTLY please
