Worst Customer Service ever!!

I've been a customer with Autopage for 14 years.
In April I was misinformed by the sales consultant when my insurance issued BB Z10 no longer had data. They billed me for data R3000 per month without my knowledge. I battled with numerous phone calls to the call centre to fix, they promised to reimburse me for the data charged only to hear that the sales consultants word was taken over mine. No reimbursement.
I decided to cancel my contract in June and on 5 different occasions I was given a different process to follow and different settlement amounts. I was again misinformed and told that I need to indicate that my number must go to pay as you go.
They promised to be called back every time... nothing. I call and then another problem. 6 weeks later and over 10 calls later my contract is cancelled with no trace of my number I had for 14 years.
I went to Centurion store only to be treated with a 'no care' attitude and inablity to help.
Still waiting to be called back.
Not only have I been treated with the utmost disrespect, but I have been to, had empty promises made cheated and even been called a lyer myself by the Custpmer Service centre. Shocking and infuriating!!
