2 phone-calls to 10210 more than 4 minutes per call, kept waiting and waiting but no human answered.
Surely if your consultants or whatever running the call-centre actually did their jobs properly - there would not be such a HUGE wait to get through.
I am NOT IMPRESSED with YOUR TERRIBLE service delivery.
I'm embarrassed with your lack of skills at satisfying customers like me.
In conclusion - no-one has responded to my previous hello-peter complaint either!
