I refer to me previous complaint.
Clearly you can only answer without putting your name at the end of the e-mail. This seems to be an automated answering service.
You do not indicate anywhere on the AUP what the maximum limit is this according to my knowledge is unlawful and as a result criminal charges will follow soon. You as a company to me. I am sick an tired of companies taking this attitude.
I am a senior client services representative myself and not once in my life time deemed this rubbish as an answer. You need to provide people with a limit and should then call this type of service capped and not uncapped.
I previously had an uncapped service and unfortunately could not stay with them. They where truly uncapped no hidden clauses or agenda's. uncapped means uncapped no limitations, as a result your false advertising I will be forced to contact Advertising Standards Authority. Also you need to know that I am not afraid to take this matter to the consumer protection authority and involve treating clients fairly.
Please supply me with the details of the ombudsman.
I need management to answer me on this.
