Poor Service

The service level at MTN is amazing. Phone went in twice for the same problem which never gets fixed..
You receive your phone stating it has been repaired and you have to take it back the next day for the exact problem it initially went in for... and all you get told is we cant do anything its the service centre... Wow some service..
That is some level of customer service
