I have been here before, I have contacted Cell C, by phone, by email. countless times.
I took out a contract on a R99 special and this special price was never loaded. Cell C over charged me, and i put a stop debit order on any amount over R100. They decided to disconnect me now 1.5 months ago, because the debit order did not go off - because they over charged me. I complained, and was promised it would be reconnected now last week friday, and still nothing. Now my sim card has been disconnected, which means I have over paid for 4 months, and not had any connection. I am also loosing business because I thought that Cell C would be a good service provider for my business. How wrong I was. This is absolutely useless!
