I have been trying to get my number back that I have used since 2008. Its a simple process yet none of the incompetent people in the call centre can assist me with this. I am very upset because it is absolutely ridiculous that I should be holding for more than 20 mins to speak to a consultant and when i finally get through i get turned away. I think the service MTN is giving is becoming a joke and its small things like this that lead people to other cellphone networks.
