I am so dissapointed with the service that MTN has provided to me and the product that they have sold to me. In 2012 I got a letters from their lawyers saying that i owe MTN and later only to find out that someone forgot to update their system that I did make a payment.
Currently I bought blackberry 9810 and within less than 1 year 3 months the phone stopped working, it doesn't switch on with my sim card inside. I took to MTN midrand they refused to take for repairs but instead the lady just went through my bbm, checking my stuff. I then went to MTN germiston and I was sent back. I went back and finally they took the phone.
My problem not even once has someone from mtn written a letter or an email to apologies even though I had made mtn aware of this issues. The stuff have a bad attitude and they forget that customer are the one who pay their salaries. it's like they come from the same mother.
