Ask for telkom line to be cancelled, still billed

On the 11th of June I heard that I will be moving houses and getting a new job in another city, so I send an email to [Email Removed] - subject: please cancel line 0114755829 EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY

Hi guys

I am account holder name and ID

Please cancel my Telkom line effective immediately. my telephone number

I am moving to cape town tomorrow and new people moving into the place, so I want the line cancelled and disabled.

Please send me a ref number on this email so I can keep it for my records,

Nothing has been heard back, I just keep on getting invoices, this is redicilous. you guys say your a world class company so please accept cancellations via email. if not, let me know its an issue then I will waste 2 hours of my life and go stand in a queue to cancel it. I will NOT pay this money. I will take you to court if I have to, as this email was delivered with no bounce backs. so you cant say that you didnt receive it. or will someone help me before this gets ugly? phone me asap or reply here. looking forward to hear from you.
