INCORRECT SIM DELIVERED AND CANT BE RECTIFIED

I have been waiting for full 4 months for my micro sim card to be delivered, i did follow ups for more than 10 times and the agents keep promising that they will deliver my sim but until today i am not getting any help from vodacom all they did was to sell the product (phone) and after they really dont care. i think the best thing is to return the phone back to them because i really dont appreciate this bad service from them.
