Both of my DSTV subscriptions (1 account, 2 subscriptions) have been disconnected wrongfully, AGAIN. I phoned them, had to hold 35 minutes, was disconnected and have been trying to reach them for 40 minutes now. During the first short conversation I was told that there is nothing wrong with the account, I am in credit, but due to some switchover for future use (which I was not notified of) it is not working and we have to get someone (and pay for it) to rectify the problem. How arrogant! I want this corrected immediately, at no cost. No excuses and weak stories please.
