On Friday the 9th of August my girlfriend and I popped in to the afore mentioned shop to migrate an existing line which is one of a few I have on my account only to be told by the afore mentioned individual that this is not possible as the head office is closed due to it being a public holiday which I found unusual as I know the Vodacom accounts system is never off line.
What struck both my girlfriend and myself was Patrick's nonchalant attitude and lack of motivation to assist, I have since attended to the migration myself which took a mere 2min telephonic conversation.
In future I will seek assistance elsewhere as it appears this shop does not need my patronage.
