How does cellc employ people of this nature, I was on a call with an agent and she and her colleagues were having a jolly conversation in the background while she thought I was on hold. talking about someone trying to poison or kill someone else??? I mean really, do I really need to listen to that when I have a query. and is this why you have to hold on for so long to get through to a consultant?? so that people can have their own stupid private conversations?? and might I add, she was not helpful at all. Where is the management staff during all this? and then to top it off, she cut the call. I would like to hear this recording so I can approach the ombudsman and ask for fair recourse. I was led to believe by the website that upon topping up with R100-00 airtime the supercharge bonus is meant to last 14 days, yet it has only allowed me 7.
