Hi,
I registered with WA on 15 July already for a new adsl line to be installed and to this day have no reference numbers, no communications of progress or anything.
I phoned to get feedback on the 8th of August 2013 and got assured by Bulelani that something will be done regarding this. Today I phoned again to hear Bulelani didnt even make a note on my account.
If this is the service levels I am receiving before I even have the actual service installed what does this mean for me as a consumer that is utilizing your services and paying for this?
An employee of yours named Kevin Nel is handling my account apparently, but I am yet to speak to him, he is yet to return my calls. Either he is off work or busy on a call everytime I call him.
I need this adsl line installed as in yesterday! The lead time on this was 7 - 14 working days!! I am sitting on almost 22 working days now - if not more!!
