Confused and bewildered!

I have been trying to find out the cost implication of upgrading my line from capped to uncapped... I have spoke to about 4 or 5 different consultants on the telephone and went to the Telkom shop in Canal Walk, I also had a friend call on my behalf - ALL of which gave me a different story! PLEASE is there anyone at TELKOM that knows what is going on there, so that I can get the correct information once and for all!!!
The customer service is ridiculous!
